High Value CEO-to-CEO Conversations
The CEO Wisdom Exchange is one of the few chief-executives-only events in the US, where you will receive valuable insights and ideas from a carefully crafted fireside chat with an accomplished CEO or topic expert that is focused on a current strategic leadership challenge and solutions, participate in a facilitated roundtable discussion with peers—those who lead similar-sized workforces, and then engage in a Q&A Session with the guest CEO or topic expert.
The CEO Wisdom Exchange is where you can gain new ideas and practical solutions to the real-world leadership challenges that you and your peer chief executives are currently facing.
Convenient Schedule
CEO Wisdom Exchanges alternate each month between Local/In-Person events and Remote/On-Line events (see the Calendar for dates).
Local/In-Person Events: Doors open at 7:30am for sign-in, breakfast, and CEO-to-CEO conversations. The program begins promptly at 7:50am and adjourns at (or before) 9:30am.
Remote/On-Line Events: Video conference access opens at 3:45pm for sign-in and conversation. The program begins promptly at 4:00pm and adjourns at (or before) 5:30pm ET.
Exclusive & Confidential
Limited to those who are the chief executive of their organization and have a workforce of five to five-thousand or more full-time employees.
Participants are seated with their peers—those who lead similar-sized workforces.
Participants are CEO Council members and prospective members.
Prospective members must reserve a seat by registering online prior to the date of the event. Prospective members may attend up to two CEO Wisdom Exchanges to decide if membership is right for them.
All attendees agree to complete confidentiality as defined by The CEO Council's Principles of Participation.
Typical Agenda
The high-value, tightly-packed CEO Wisdom Exchange program includes a FireSide Chat with a guest CEO or topic expert discussing a current strategic leadership challenge and solutions, followed by a Breakout—a facilitated small-group roundtable discussion with your peers, and a Q&A session with the guest CEO or topic expert.
